I also use it for a portable dictation device to use with Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10. The Olympus WS110 was a great buy for me. I use it for little reminders alot. Great time saver. I Give it High recommendation to anyone on the go.
This voice recorder is small and light enough to be carried in a pocket. The recording quality is very good except in environments with high background noise. It's a little bulky to connect as a USB drive on some computers where I have several other USB devices, but it works fine most of the time. It really should have an option to produce.mp3 files.
It can record up seventy hours. I love this little gadget. Depending on the setting(HQ SP LP). It has been such a lifesaver. I'm on a MacBook so obviously that's why I bought this device. Go buy it. Now.
I was all excited to get this digital recorder. My advise to you is go buy a different brand from your local store and test it. After the first time I used it, it was terrible. I couldnt hear the sound clearly and even when I use the headset, it's still bad. Even if it doesnt work, you can still return it and get a better one.Do not buy this digital recorder. Really it's not worth it.
A person at my job had this item and it worked extremely well for him. So I decided to buy one for myself. Awesome purchase.
